What we do

A transparent way to shop Ontario lease and finance offers.

LowLeaseFind is a marketplace where Ontario dealerships publish specific lease and finance offers on real vehicles in their inventory. Instead of a generic advertised payment that changes once you step onto the lot, each listing shows the exact deal terms the dealership is willing to write, so you can decide which offers are worth a conversation before you contact anyone.

We do not sell the vehicle, we do not hold the inventory, and we do not negotiate on your behalf. Our job is to make the numbers legible: same fields, same format, same page. If a dealership does not disclose a figure, it does not show up as a number. What you see is what the dealership submitted.

What you can compare

The nine details that actually change the deal.

Every deal card and full deal page presents the same information in the same order, so you can line up two, three, or four offers and see the real differences without reading a paragraph of legal copy.

Dealership verification

How dealerships are verified.

Any dealership that wants to list on LowLeaseFind must complete a verification step before its listings can go public. Our team reviews the business identity, the primary contact, and the dealership profile the applicant submits. Only after that review passes are the dealership's deals eligible to appear in browse results, category pages, and the featured section on this page.

Verification confirms that a real dealership is behind the listings, not that any specific vehicle has been mechanically inspected by LowLeaseFind and not that the dealership is endorsed by any regulator. If a dealership is later suspended by our team, its active listings stop appearing publicly until the account is reinstated. You can read more about the process in the how it works guide.

  • Business identity and dealership profile reviewed before listings go live.
  • Listings must include the payment, APR, term, and fees before they can be published.
  • Suspended dealerships are removed from public browse and search results.

Lease vs finance

A quick way to think about the two.

A lease is a long-term rental with a defined term, a kilometre allowance, and a fixed value the vehicle is expected to hold at the end. You typically pay less per month than financing the same vehicle, and you return, buy out, or replace the vehicle when the term ends. Financing is a loan you use to purchase the vehicle outright and pay off over the term, after which you own it with no residual balance.

Lease usually fits when

  • You want a lower monthly payment.
  • You drive within a predictable annual kilometre range.
  • You prefer to change vehicles every few years.

Finance usually fits when

  • You plan to keep the vehicle long term.
  • You drive above typical lease allowances.
  • You want to own the vehicle outright at the end.

Common questions

All FAQs →
Are the monthly payments shown before or after tax?

Each listing states this explicitly. Dealerships submit whether HST is included in the monthly payment or added on top, and that label appears on the deal card and the full deal page so you can compare like-for-like.

Are dealer fees and freight shown up front?

Yes. The dealer administration fee, acquisition fee, and any other charges submitted by the dealership are listed on the deal page alongside the payment, APR, and due-at-signing amount. If a fee is not listed, it was not submitted.

Does LowLeaseFind sell or lease the vehicle?

No. LowLeaseFind is a marketplace. The dealership that posted the listing is the seller, holds the inventory, writes the contract, and delivers the vehicle. We do not negotiate deals on your behalf and we do not take payment for the vehicle.

Can I compare lease and finance deals side by side?

Yes. The compare tool lets you add up to four active listings, including a mix of lease and finance offers, and shows payment, APR or money factor, term, kilometre allowance, residual, taxes, and fees on one screen.

Are all dealerships on LowLeaseFind approved?

Every dealership must be verified by our team before its listings can go live. Verification checks the business identity and contact information the dealership submits. It is not a mechanical inspection of any specific vehicle and it is not a government endorsement.

Is LowLeaseFind currently Ontario-only?

Yes. The marketplace currently focuses on Ontario dealerships and Ontario shoppers. Additional Canadian provinces may be added over time, and we will announce coverage changes on the site when they happen.

What happens after I submit an inquiry on a deal?

Your inquiry is delivered to the dealership that listed the vehicle. They contact you directly to confirm availability, walk through the full quote, and arrange next steps. You can review your inquiries and dealership replies from your account dashboard.
