Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LowLeaseFind, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age of majority in your province of residence to use the service. Accounts opened on behalf of minors are not permitted.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for keeping your contact information accurate.

4. Marketplace role

LowLeaseFind is a marketplace and lead-generation platform. It is not a motor-vehicle dealer, lender, broker, or agent. It does not sell, lease, finance, or deliver vehicles; make credit decisions; or guarantee customer eligibility, dealership response, or listing availability. All vehicle transactions occur directly between the customer and the dealership, subject to the dealership's and lender's approval.

5. Listings and information

Payments, incentives, taxes, fees, mileage allowances, residuals, and other terms are supplied by dealerships and may change based on credit approval, provincial requirements, and vehicle availability. LowLeaseFind does not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, incentives, credit approval, or financing/leasing outcomes.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the service is professional financial, legal, tax, insurance, or credit advice. Deal scores, calculators, and comparisons are informational tools. Customers are responsible for independently verifying all terms and reviewing contractual documents.

7. Dealer responsibility

Dealerships are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, final contracts, lender submissions, credit decisions, vehicle delivery, and customer representations. See our Dealer Terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Scraping, reselling, or automated harvesting of listings.
• Submitting false inquiries, impersonating others, or misrepresenting identity.
• Interfering with the platform's security, integrity, or availability.
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.

9. Intellectual property

The LowLeaseFind brand, software, and original content are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not use them except as permitted here.

10. Third-party services

The service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices; use them subject to their own terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse, or where required by law.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law which is not waivable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowLeaseFind, its affiliates, and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law, including under provincial consumer-protection statutes.

14. Indemnity

Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify LowLeaseFind against claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

16. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
