• Dealer/admin data: information provided during onboarding and use of dealer/admin tools.

Why we use it

• To operate the marketplace, route inquiries to the selected dealership, and maintain your account.
• To improve deal quality, ranking, and search.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To communicate about your account and, with consent, marketing communications.

Sharing with dealerships

When you submit an inquiry, the contact information and message you provide are shared with the specific dealership you selected so it can contact you about the vehicle. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use vendors (hosting, email, analytics with consent) under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. Enabled vendors are listed on the Cookie Policy.

Retention

Account and inquiry data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, tax, and audit purposes. Aggregated non-identifying data may be retained longer.

Safeguards

We use industry-standard safeguards including row-level security policies, encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

Cross-border processing

Personal information may be processed by service providers outside your province. Where required, we take steps to ensure comparable protections.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing communications and optional cookies at any time.
